At Save Our Sleep® we pride ourselves in our fast shipping service we make every effort to supply your purchases in the shortest time frame possible. All products are posted on the day of purchase where possible and this is guaranteed if you select Priority Fast Tracked.

Below is a delivery guide for receipt of your purchases. Please note: this is a guide only.
If you do not receive your order within the above time frames, please first check the address you have supplied on your order and make sure this is correct. Please check your emails for the tracking number we would have sent you when we shipped your parcel.
If you can not find the email we sent you with the tracking number, please contact Save Our Sleep via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Unless you have chosen Express/Priority shipping these delivery times will vary depending on the size of your order/parcel.
The majority of our parcels are sent with a our courier service via Australia post E-Parcel or Startrack however if your order only consists of one or two very light items, depending on your delivery address, your order may be sent via Australia Post.
Please allow for longer the normal shipping times at Christmas, December 1st until the 24th, we will still ship orders daily but there may be delays with the service we use. If you are in a hurry for a parcel please select Priority Fast Tracked.

Standard Shipping $10 flat rate regardless of the amount of products you purchase.
Your order will be sent when posilble the day of purchase. Please do not pick this service if your purchase is urgent. In most cases you will receive your parcel withing 24 hours of purchasing it, but some clients come to expect this and if we are having a very busy day we might not be able to ship your parcle in our normal fast way. So if your order is urgent please pick our priority service.
Priority Fast Tracked (Express) $17 flat rate regardless of the amount of products you purchase.
Priority Fast Tracked orders will be sent out the day of purchase when possible if we receive the purchase before 4pm AEST. Priority Fast Tracked shipping is made a priority and put to the top of the order queue. On most occasions if you are outside Victoria your order will be sent in an over night delivery bag and will get to you much faster than standard shipping.
Priority Fast Tracked (Express) LARGE ITEMS $30 flat rate regardless of the amount of products you purchase.

Pick up from Ocean Grove Destination Store is an option offered to client’s readers and friends who might be in our local area. If you choose this option one of the team will e-mail you to arrange a convenient time for your good to be collected.
Thanks - the Egg has already turned up in the mailbox today over night and I am putting it to good use immediately I was very surprised to find the nursery temp was around 18.9 - 19.0 degrees; I have thought it was around 13 - 14 degrees and have been putting on the thermostat heater regularly during the day and all night prior. This will save us the purchase price and more on our future electricity bills!!
