If you do not receive your order within the above time frames, please first check the address you have supplied on your order invoice and make sure this is correct. If the address is correct please contact your local Post Office to check if your parcel is being held for pick-up or if they have attempted delivery but failed to leave a 'call card'. If the post office has no record of your parcel, please contact Save Our Sleep via email (info@saveoursleep.com) in most cases we can track your order with Australia Post. The majority of our parcels are sent with our courier service Startrack however if your order only consists of one or two very light items, depending on your delivery address, your order may be sent via Australia Post.
